# How to: Set a Task as Recurring

## Recurring Tasks help you stay on top of ongoing responsibilities by sending automatic email reminders.

### To create a Recurring Task:

**Step 1:** Click **“Add Task”**.

**Step 2:** Fill in the task details, then open the **“Recurrence”** dropdown.

**Step 3:** Choose how often you'd like the task to repeat (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

### **Optional – Custom Recurrence:** Select **“Custom”** to define a specific schedule.

- The recurrence task will start on the date of your preference by clicking on **Starts On**
- Use the **“Repeat On”** option to choose specific days of the week for reminders.
- Notifications will be sent on each selected day.

**Step 4:** Click **“Apply”** to save the recurring settings.
