The client is responsible for all entity filings, updating the SOS records, and keeping their Entity information up to date in the Traact platform. This includes Annual Report documentation, Annual Report Due Dates, Personal Changes, stock allocations, and anything else required per jurisdiction.

Traact will track Franchise Tax obligations in Delaware and provide reminders when upcoming payments are due to avoid statutory penalties and accrued interest.
