Traact offers two levels of health check services depending on whether a customer utilizes Traact as their Registered Agent.

Traact will check SoS compliance state-by-state to ensure all entities are in good standing and comply with annual reporting requirements. | During your onboarding, Traact will check SoS compliance state-by-state to ensure all units are in good standing based on public knowledge and share its findings, but it will not take any action. |
Traact will provide a State-by-state forecast of all upcoming annual reports and ensure they’re filed as filing windows open. | Traact will not continue monitoring your Secretary of State's Good Standing after completing your onboarding. |
Traact will engage in a State-by-state review to ensure no outstanding statutory fees are owed to the SoS. | The client is responsible for all entity filings, updating the SOS records, and keeping their Entity information up to date in the Traact platform. This includes Annual Report documentation, Annual Report Due Dates, Personal Changes, stock allocations, and anything else required per jurisdiction. |
Traact will track Franchise Tax obligations in Delaware and provide reminders when upcoming payments are due to avoid statutory penalties and accrued interest. |
