The Traact Gmail Extension now allows you to link emails to matters even when no attachments are included. Once linked, the email content will appear in the Matter’s Activity tab, ensuring full visibility and better tracking of communications.
This improvement removes a previous limitation that required emails to have at least one attachment in order to be linked to a matter.
What changed
Before
Emails could only be linked to a matter if they included at least one attachment.
When linked, the email body and attachments appeared under the Activity tab.
Now
Emails can be linked to matters with or without attachments.
The email body will always appear in the Activity tab.
Any attachments (if present) will also be included automatically.
