In October, we introduced an update that separated Matters from Tasks within our Workflows—marking the first step in enhancing and evolving our Matters Management Module.
Now, we have implemented user Permissions for the Matters Module within Contacts.
You can read more about User Permissions here, but please keep in mind that a user has to have edit or view access to Matter to view the details of a Matter as well as any assigned tasks.
