Q1 2025 Updates

Our team has been hard at work, and we can’t wait to share these improvements with you!

1. External Chat in Intake

  • Description: This feature allows you to email the requester back and forth from within the Legal Service Request.

  • How to Use: Within the Requester's Chat tab of the Intake, simply add your questions or comments, and the requester will receive an email that they can reply to. The reply will then be captured within the Requester's Chat tab of the Intake.

2. Customizable Intake Titles

  • Description: You can now automatically generate unique Intake Titles for your Intake Flows based on the form inputs.

  • How to Use: In the Matters module, go to Intake > Flows, and select the Flow you want to edit. Under the "Advanced" section, copy and paste the tags you want to use for naming the flow upon submission.

Tool Tips: Make sure to use "_" or "|" between tags to separate the data, and review the Example title to preview how the final title will appear.

3. Custom Fields in Contracts & Litigation

  • Description: You can now add custom fields to both Contracts & Litigations artifacts. This allows you to track information important to your organization.

  • How to Use: Within a Contract or Litigation artifact, select "Add Custom Fields," then select the field type and customize the field details.

4. Additional Matter Templates

  • Description: We have added 13 new Matter Type Templates for: Contracts, M&As, Litigations, Immigration, Real Estate, and Employment.

  • Why It Matters: These templates allow you to easily capture and view important details for different types of Legal Matters.

5. Duplicate Task

  • Description: You can now duplicate an existing task (and subtasks).

  • Why It Matters: This will help cut down the time spent creating and managing tasks.
