1. Customizable Matter Templates
You can now create and edit Matter templates tailored to your specific tracking and data needs.
Why it "Matters": This completes our Matter module revamp, allowing users to gather intake info seamlessly and carry it straight through to Matter Management.
2. Task Recurrence
Set tasks to recur on your schedule—weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom—so nothing slips through the cracks.
3. Task Dependencies
Establish task order and automatically notify the next teammate in line.
Why it matters: Keeps workflows moving and ensures the right people are looped in at the right time.
Get automatic tasks, email alerts, and in-app notifications when a contract is coming up for renewal.
Pro tip: We’re using this internally and loving it. If your Traact contract is up soon, don’t worry—we’ll remind you.
5. Entity Tax Classification for the Tax Chart
Set a Tax Classification that differs from the Entity Type.
Bonus: If you use our Tax Module, this automatically updates the correct icon in your Tax Chart.
